Yes, we do ship internationally! International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-3 weeks or longer during holday seasons. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Our processing times are usually between 2-5 working days, but can take up to 7 working days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. Once your order has left our studio, it is out of our hands.For specific updates on your order, feel free to email us at Lovelocsliving@gmail.com
Shipping is free within the UK on orders of £35 and above! International shipping is free on orders of £35.00 and above to your currency equivalent. All shipping is calculated at a flat rate based on weight at the best possible price.
If you need to change your shipping address, make changes to your order, or want to cancel an order please email us at Lovelocsliving@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate the changes or cancellation to the best of our ability as long as we have not yet shipped out your order!
To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at lovelocsliving@gmail.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received including damage to the parcel and to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Refund or exchange available for items notified within 14 days of delivery and returned by mail/courier within the same period. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
