Return and Refunds

Returns

We may offer a refund or exchange for any items returned to us within 30 days after delivery if the item is defective/misprinted or damaged in transit. As most items are made to order and we are a small business we cannot process returns based on for buyer's remorse and without a valid reason. Please contact us by email at lovelocsliving@gmail.com or the store chat to discuss further.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our studio or third-party facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Lovelocsliving reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Keep the following information in mind:
The items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you and in the original packaging with tags if applicable.  Customs, and/or duty fees are non-refundable. 
 


Refunds:

Once we or our third-party facility has received your returned parcel, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. After that, we will get in touch with you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we will then process it. This will take around 3-5  working days. Once your refund is approved, you will see the refund come back into the account of your original payment method within a further 5 - 10 working days.

Sale Items:

There are no refunds on sale items.

To request a refund follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at Lovelocsliving@gmail.com
  2. Include the the order number and the items you would like to return.
  3. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will notify you to confirm receipt. We will then be in touch to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
  4. If you are approved, we will then process your refund. 
  5. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  6. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds can take 3-5 business days after we have recieved the item(s)  to be reflected on your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account.
As a next step,  contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
